Impressions has deployed a dedicated team of four members for Customer Care. These four persons have been appointed to handle sales and marketing and they stay in close contact with our customers to attend to their requirements promptly.

Our entire business activity is with our own ERP system and we have developed it in-house according to our needs to provide the best service for our customers together with all the information required in the process.

All our packing is customized and we make deliveries on a door to door basis with relevant documents.
